The first step
The first step is to complete a pre-enrolment form. This is for residents of New Zealand only. Each year Day Girl applications close in April for the following year i.e. the roll closes in April 2023 for 2024 applications. Applications for Boarding remain open throughout the year.
Our wait lists
As we are experiencing heavy demand for our wait lists , we encourage families to put their daughters name down from an early age.
For all enrolments, both day and boarding, you can apply to enrol your daughter at any time from birth; we encourage you to complete a pre-enrolment form as early as possible.
Please note: an application to enrol does not guarantee placement in the school.
You will be contacted to discuss the formal enrolment process approximately one year prior to your daughter’s start date. Interviews will be prioritised for siblings of current or past students, daughters of Old Girls, then in order of the date pre-enrolment application is received, all in line with our enrolment scheme.
If your application is received too late and a place at Woodford House is unlikely based on the number of pre-enrolments we have received, you will be kept informed throughout the process the year prior but may not receive an invitation to interview.
