About us
Woodford House, a leading special character, state-integrated, boarding and day school for Year 7 – 13 girls, situated in Hawke’s Bay is seeking to appoint a talented and motivated fixed term, full-time teacher of Commerce to join our high achieving Commerce Faculty for 2024.
About the role
This role would suit a beginner or experienced teacher to deliver Commerce classes across all year levels, particularly Accounting and Economics in the senior school. The students at Woodford House are dedicated, ready learners. This position is fixed term to cover a period of parental leave, and would ideally commence Term 1, 2024.

Woodford House is an integrated special character boarding and day school for Year 7 – 13 girls, located in the beautiful Hawke’s Bay. We nurture each girl who walks through our doors so that her light shines through and shines brighter.
The role
The role of Boarding Supervisor is required in term time only, and hours are on a shift roster, including weekends (approx. 50 hrs per week). The role involves daytime caregiving of the Boarding students when they are not at school, both in the afternoon and morning and sleeping in the Boarding House overnight while on call.
