This permanent, full time role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands on maintenance, gardening, and physical work. Reporting to the Custodian, you’ll work independently and with the grounds team to keep buildings and grounds safe, functional, and well presented.Â

 About the RoleÂ
This newly created role of Assistant Director of Boarding will provide leadership and ensure a safe, supportive, and enriching environment for our boarding students. Working closely as part of the Boarding leadership team, you will oversee daily operations, lead a team of Boarding Supervisors, and champion student wellbeing and compliance with health and safety standards.Â
The role of Assistant Director of Boarding is required in term time only, (on average 60 hrs per week, including sleeping).
The hours are:
Wednesday 2.30pm – Thursday 8.30am
Thursday 2.45pm – Friday 8.30am
Friday 2.30pm – Saturday 8.30am
Saturday 5pm – Sunday 8.30am  (fortnightly)

Manage operations across Boarding Houses while on shift.Â
