NZCT Chamber Music Contest 2022 - District Round

On 8 and 9 June, nine talented groups of Woodford House musicians competed in the Hawke’s Bay District Round of the CMNZ Chamber Music Contest.
 
The contest provides an amazing opportunity for young musicians and composers to perform together and enjoy making music. The contest provides an important opportunity on New Zealand’s musical calendar for secondary school students.
 
A special congratulations to Colori Primari (Man Lok Tsang, Meghan Wuisan and Miharu Nagata) who won the overall best group performance, which moves them to the next round in Wellington in July.
 
Far Out Farr (Zhi Qian Lu, Liberty Jackson and Gabriella Jones) won the best performance of a New Zealand song.
